Lego INDIANA JONES – The Original Adventures
Yes, most movable objects and characters in this game consist of Lego building blocks and the universally recognized Lego figurines.
All of the Indiana Jones narrative elements from Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Temple Of Doom and The Last Crusade are represented (give or take a couple of liberties), and of course the huge trademark adventure and action sequences, from the signature foe battles, to the giant boulder escape, collapsing draw bridge, fighting on moving vehicles, mine rail chase and more. Through the treasure hunting and puzzle solving, comedic moments are inserted (incl. Star Wars in-jokes, being a Lucasarts backed production).
Piles of Lego blocks can be constructed into functional items like bridges, engines and other ways of progressing. As usual you can smash objects to reveal jewels and blocks to be collected, and use everything from chairs and bottles as weapons when the enemies attack. You get to blow stuff up, use crossbows and a myriad of tools to get your way. Secret panels, doors, and interactive methods to get past obstacles with keys, handles etc. further add tpo the game-play. You also get to switch between companion characters with almost 5 dozen playable ones. Co-op with your companion player (which tags along automatically if the 2nd remote is not plugged in), will prevent your friend from getting bored as you play solo.
John Williams’ classic score fills the soundtrack, and of course, Indy’s whip is there, used for fighting and assisting in completing tasks.
Super-serious Indiana Jones fans may be offended, but this is just a total fun trip from start to finish.

…And this is most probably the only time adults can play with Lego and get away with it!
