RATCHET & CLANK – Size Matters
Having saved the galaxy in several previous adventures, Ratchet is on vacation with his side-kick Clank.
If you’re unfamiliar with this duo, Ratchet is a small furry Lombax from planet Veldin, and his small robotic side-kick Clank, was created during an error on an assembly line, but possesses great intellect.
While on his break-away, Ratchet is approached by a girl who wants to do an article on heroes, but, she is kidnapped by robots. Clank is separated from Ratchet by Technomites, and has to save him, taking the player on two interplanetary adventures. With big guns and big explosions another interplanetary adventure erupts (with weapons upgrads galore!).
3D platform action-shooter games are not in short supply, but when the developers create recurrent characters able to sustain an indefinite series (as with this team), they’re doing something right.
