SUFFERING - Ties That Bind The original Suffering was an intense survival horror action adventure set on Carnate Island, haunted by its atrocities of the past. This follow-up continues with main character Torque reaching Baltimore with a boat from the island. His nightmare started 5 years earlier though. Flashbacks delve into unanswered questions, but just like the first one there are more than just ghosts, but horrific monster-spirits ready to rip your head off or chop you up. As Torque is taken for observation the trail of his past is picked up with the horror of the island following him. You won't get far without weapons, from pipes and bats to pistols, shotguns and bombs scattered around the grimy city. Extra facts and clues come to the fore via collecting pages of Jordan's Notebook, Consuela's Scrapbook and Carmen's Diary.
