In the mode of Grand Theft Auto you scour the city for your next order - busting criminals, be it chasing, shooting, fighting or arresting, the action is non-stop (except for cut scenes that can also get crazy). You can requisition any vehicle on the road and even cause more chaos than upholding the law (!) - but at least you're on the right side of it in contrast with other scum glorifying titles.
