If you were a bit disappointed with the AvP combo movies, as opposed to the classic standalone Alien and Predator flicks, this game may just be your remedy. 
It's almost a given that those who like the one franchise, will enjoy the other (as far as nasty monsters from outer space go...), so this is a sure-fire blood, acid and slime trip that'll keep your thumbs working overtime.

Now, if for some reason you have no idea what I'm talking about, the first classic Alien movie was directed by Ridley Scott in 1979 (dealing with a vicious alien specie which uses humans as hosts for its spawn), followed by Avatar director James Cameron's jacked-up mid-'80s Aliens sequel (and a few more chapters by David Fincher and Jean-Pierre Jeunet).  Predator starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and had him and his military team become the hunted as a technologically advanced bi-ped alien hits planet earth for some trophy blood sport R&R.  

The clincher for this slab of intergalactic mayhem is the fact that you get three games in one, and yes, you get to play either a human, Alien, or Predator, making for vastly different game-play styles, situations and enjoyment, making you either the hunter, survivor, or prey. 
With it's Doom-style first-person shooter set-up, the Unreal powered system is laden with a variety of locations, weapons and destruction to be had.  Adding to the excitement is its co-op & competitive multi-player options and on-line capability for global chaos.  

Intense violence, gore, and language tags this one with an 18 age restriction.
