You are John Cord, a Bond-type guy complete with highly trained skills, a high tech communications network and even the whole trust/mistrust angle when it comes to other characters. You unfortunately don't get to snag a bunch of buxom beauties…but, either way, you get sucked into a deep plot of espionage, betrayal and murder!! Film scriptwriters were employed to weave the strong story. |

Cold Blood's highly stylized cinematic feel is derived both from
the narrative and the amazing visual graphics complete with ultra mood-filled
scenes, realistic scenery and believable movie-style locations. Like
most good games, this will keep you busy for a while, so reserve the
couch, get those snacks ready and prepare to get some friends (or other
halves) a little pee'd off with your anti-social screen staring, Dual
Shock hugging, breath holding behaviour.

The whole
mystery starts where you have to infiltrate a base to find a missing
co-agent. You don't storm in blasting away - stealth and careful consideration
of your next moves are essential to avoid eating lead. You can inspect,
pick up and use items, combine them, talk to other characters or just
observe before you make a move - be it creep up on guards to whack them
or set huge events in motion. In Cold Blood is a two disc potboiler
filled with hours of fun (and frustration!).
