Those who used to hang around cafe arcade machines about a decade ago,
will remember this classic top view game which is a not-too-swift shoot/bomb
& destroy set-up. On this disc you also get the original arcade version
which will throw the nostalgia sluices wide open. The new improved 3-D
version is quite a blast. A whole new take on the old theme makes this
almost a brand new game; but some elements still makes it Xevious
through and through. The difficulty level is far more hard core than
the days of old but the improved graphics make it worth the while. By
the time you hit the 3rd level you'll struggle to get past the surprizes
in store.

arkade spelletjie ken. Dis 'n bo aansig van 'n rollende landskap waaroor
jy vlieg om vyandige vlieende pierings af te skiet terwyl jy grond basisse
bombardeer. Op hierdie PlayStation skyf het jy 'n opsie van twee van
die oorspronklike Xevious
spelletjies, of die nuwe, opgeknapte drie dimensionele weergawe ! Dis
definitief meer opwindend as die oues en die grafiese uitbeeldings van
die landskap, lugskepe en ontploffings is glad nie sleg nie. Die perspektief
verandering maak dit baie meer subjektief en die groot skepe aan die
einde van elke stadium is nogal indrukwekkend.

THE X-FILES
With four discs you must get ready for a one in depth ride. As an agent
you have to uncover loads of clues and bits & pieces scattered around,
not only in your office, but across town cross-country and beyond. E-mail
messages, numbers on your cell phone book, computer databases, pages,
pictures and far more. Pointing, clicking and zooming in all over the
place also leads you to people (real shot video & locations) with whom
you can choose different responses - and in effect leading to alternate
outcomes. A cool, long term gaming experience with many investigating
angles, surprises and mysteries.
