MARK KNOPFLER – A Night In London

Recorded in 1996, this decade old show will particularly appeal to fans of the
Dire Straits frontman’s moody solo work. He does however throw in some Dire Straits favourites like Walk Of Life, Brothers In Arms, and Romeo & Juliet. He also scored movie soundtracks like Local Hero and Last Exit To Brooklyn (with songs included here) together with the tunes Imelda, Also Darling Pretty, Father & Son, Golden Heart, Gravy Train, Je Suis D Sol, and A Night In Summer Long Ago. Guests like Jools Holland and Irish musos playing Bouzouki, Violin, Uillean Pipes and Accordion join him on stage, as well and electric string section.
