stable,
this
collective
creates
a solid
funk
based
experience
with
some
attractive
audio
characteristics.
It was
produced
by Riccardo
Moretti,
Nick
Matthews
and
Mario
Parmeggioan.
The
tempo
gets
slowed
down
king-size
on tracks
like
Into
The
Sky.
The
female
vocals
by Lu
Chase
is appropriate,
but
its
mediocre
lyrical
content
like
the
“shake
your
butt”,
“feel
the
groove”,
“DJ”,
“party”,
“into
the
sky
- flying
high”
clichés
spoil
things
a bit.
But
old
school
flavours
redeem
it with
electric
piano
and
bass
lines.
What
makes
this
a preferable
purchase
is the
fact
that
it is
original
material
as opposed
to some
DJs
slapping
together
a few
tunes.
