Dethklok
is the
world
dominating
Death
Metal
band
in the
animated
cable
show
known
as Metalocalypse.
One
may
expect
the
music
to be
bog
standard
due
to it
being
the
soundtrack
for
a cult
comedic
animated
series
with
an extreme
soundtrack,
but
on this
second
Dethalbum
you
get
a killer
barrage
of superior
Metal
(albeit
with
lyrical
content
far
from
serious).
With
all
of the
instruments
and
vocals
handled
by the
show's
co-creator
Brendon
Small,
the
legendary
Gene
Hoglan
is the
man
punishing
the
drums.
What
makes
the
show
even
more
appealing
to Metalheads
is the
inclusion
of special
guest
from
prominent
bands.
Hopefully
SA stores
will
soon
see
a CD/DVD
set
for
the
full
audio-visual
experience.
