When it comes to living the sleaze-rock lifestyle, the Mötley Crüe foursome attempted to rewrite the book of Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll - and almost did - but ended up recorded some pretty cool songs along the fast lane ride which started in the '80s. With competition like Poison and Guns 'n Roses, the Crüe had a little something different - sure, the hairspray, make-up and outfits were there, but the musical combination of these guys had a lot of fire. This collection gives you 15 of their songs from across albums like Too Fast For Love; Shout At The Devil (their best achievement), Theatre Of Pain; Girls, Girls, Girls; Dr. Feelgood etc. For many these songs were the soundtrack to their youth, but we can only hope that a new generation will discover these all-out sleaze / glam / hard rock gems amid the pedestrian radio rock of today.
